No Bake Butterscotch Bars1 cup granulated sugar
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup peanut butter
6 ounces butterscotch chips Cook first 3 ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Cool, then add the next 4 ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Melt peanut butter and chips and spread over top for frosting. Refrigerate in warm weather.
