Heinz Classic Family Meat Loaf1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup Heinz Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper Combine ingredients thoroughly; form into an 8 x 4-inch loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings. Serve with additional ketchup.
