One Step Tamale Pie1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 cup milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
Few drops red pepper sauce
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt Brown first 3 ingredients in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and turn into 12 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
